    Skoll World Forum, March 2008

    Former President Jimmy CarterFormer U.S. President Jimmy Carter will be a featured speaker at the fifth annual Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, which will be held March 26-28 at the University of Oxford in England.  Click here to watch an interview with Jimmy Carter on Social Edge. Among the other distinguished presenters and panelists at the Forum will be:

    - Jeff Skoll, Founder and Chairman, Skoll Foundation and Participant Productions
    - Lord Anthony Giddens, Professor Emeritus, London School of Economics
    - Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, Chancellor of Kabul University and Chairman of the Institute of State Effectiveness
    - Dr. Nafis Sadik, Special Adviser to the U.N. Secretary-General, former Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund
    - Ann Cotton, Executive Director, CAMFED International
    - Dr. Paul Farmer, Founder, Partners in Health

    The theme of this year's Forum is "Social Entrepreneurship: Culture, Context and Change." The annual event brings together social entrepreneurs, policy makers, academics, business and government leaders and others from around the world for three days of networking, learning and mapping the future agenda for social entrepreneurship.
